Don't Replace It—Raise It!

Why pour new concrete, when you can save thousands by lifting your existing structures back up to where they started?

Content Settles, But You Don’t Need To.

Over time, the earth that supports your concrete can settle, leaving your steps, your driveway, and sometimes your foundation out of kilter. Concrete Raising Company can lift and reposition your slabs—even heated driveways—into a position more in line with their original design, leaving your property safer and more attractive.

We Even Raise Foundations!

Foundations sometimes settle after being built—especially in earthquake country. A settled foundation can lower your home’s value by thousands of dollars! We expose the foundation, then dig small holes under it to accommodate the jacks and piering materials. At that point, all piers are raised until the settled area is back to its original height, or in some cases, just lifted minimally to ensure stabilization and halt settling.

Happy Customers Abound

“The sagging walk around my house was channeling water to my foundation, seeping into the house. Not only was that problem reversed, but they were also able to put a pesticide into the mud they pumped in, eliminating my termite problem.” —Jim, Sugar House

“My driveway was sloping toward the house, and my basement was getting wet during rain storms. I told my neighbor I was going to replace the concrete because of that, and he suggested I get Concrete Raising Company on it instead. That saved me a bundle of cash, and my basement is dry, dry, dry.” —Marlena, SLC

I got a bid from Don to raise my drive, but I couldn’t hire him for over a year. Not only does it look great now, but he was true to his bid despite his costs going up.” —Fred, West Valley City
